Epli is an Apple Authorized Service Provider located in Reykjavík, Iceland.
Apple Authorized Service Providers offer Apple-certified in-warranty and out-of-warranty repair service for Apple products. The technicians at all Apple Authorized Service Providers locations receive Apple training and only use Apple genuine parts, tools, diagnostics and resources. The repairs are backed by Apple.

Repairs
We service most recent Apple products. Please note that certain devices may be restricted to service in their original country of purchase.
A list of our most common out-of-warranty repair prices can be found under Price List.
Most repairs are completed within 3–5 business days. If parts need to be ordered from Apple, please allow an additional 2–3 business days.
If you require faster handling, we offer Priority Service for an additional fee. Please note that Priority Service does not reduce delivery time for parts ordered from Apple.
If you believe your issue qualifies under Icelandic consumer law, please bring proof of purchase when submitting your device.

For assistance with Apple Account, iCloud, the App Store, or other Apple services, please contact Apple Support directly. As a service provider, Epli is unable to access or manage Apple Accounts or Services.
